I am always looking for ways to stay motivated. If you haven't watched "Biggest Loser", let me encourage you to do so. I usually tape it as there is a lot of recap and it is a two-hour show. You can fast forward through much of it and not spend two hours in front of the tube. My teen aged girls and I follow it religiously. It is amazing to see what can be done in the lives of overweight people through diet and exercise only.
There are times I am at the gym and get a little yucky and feel like going home. I try to picture what some of these people go through and how hard it must be to push themselves while carrying all that weight and I can usually make myself keep on.
I realize that what they are doing is for extreme situations, but there is a lot that can be learned and applied. If it isn't in your schedule to watch this show, check them out on the web and read some inspiring stories.
Keep up the good work! If you had a bad day, let it go and start over tomorrow. Make one change tomorrow that will get you closer to your goals of being healthier.
